Welcome, from the president
Hello! My name is Sydney Reeves and I am currently a 4th year in school studying music education, and I am also the Chi Chapter President here at Ohio State.
Our mission is to provide exceptional service to collegiate bands and promote equality and diversity, including empowering women in the band profession. We also cultivate leadership, educational achievement, music appreciation, and community development.
A few things we have accomplished over the last year that you all may have encountered include the bathroom carts in the Steinbrenner Band Center and the Athletic Band Spring Fling. We also host an annual TBDBITL 5K where we donate all the proceeds to a local high school music program in need.
Our service sorority is co-ed, which means that anyone who loves music and wants to give back to the bands at Ohio State and the community of Columbus is welcome to join.
